:confused: How long can it take after the reply brief is submitted??

2 to 5 years - or more....
All briefs and replies must be filed within a certain amount of time. Don't know what the guidelines for CO are.

Is an appeal automatic if you're in the military? My husband just got sentenced for four years for minor larceny but a supervisor in his department had a major case of larceny and only got 2 years max. How does that work? Is there anything I can do to fight it without having to seek another attorney? Military paid for his recent one but I highly doubt they would do one for an appeal.
