Now, we have control of it and we are making synthetic heroin in the form of oxy-contin and the docs are pushing it like candy. It seems to me that our government is using this as a way to overtake the illegal heroin trade. Is this really the way that our government fights the drug war. They are turning our family members into junkies to shut down the illegal heroin trade by making it legal by producing it themselves. Go figure. This junk is worth to them almost as much as the oil is, at the cost of our family members lives. This is an epidimic that is killing many people daily. It is not a war, it is practically murder. Yes the whole "War On Drugs" is all political!! How else can they explain that there's more drugoffenders doing more time than violent criminals. There's some kind of $$$ kickback for all of this. First time offenders to drugs are serving more time than child molestors, rapist. etc... What logic is there to explain this??? WRITE YOUR CONGRESS so they'll know we are not stupid and won't accept these laws. The plea agreements are total B***S*** you don't sign you're usually facing longer sentences, so people are threaten into signing. THIS should be unconstutional! Prosecutors basically have more power over your sentence than a Judge does!!! CRAZY!!!

the reason my husband got into this mess is largly because the drs. put him on 270 mg of m.s. contin for a condition called R.S.D. he was on it for about two years, then started self medicating because we lost our insurance and perscription card. He became a full blown drug addict.
