:help: I am losing all parts of restraint.:smash: Can Polunsky take away an inmates right to write and mail letters? I have a new mail problem.:nono: He and I came up with a system to our letters. If we would not be able to hold our end, we would send notice of the why's and what for's. I have not received this and no one will answer me. I called to find out if he was alright. :angry: Nothing is what I received. I know my mail problem is not him. He hinted to the fact of this being the only thing left for them to take away. Can anyone shed some light for me?:confused:

I have a friend and her husband is in super max, they took away his writing rights and phone privaleges because someone else got in trouble. Now he's only allowed one phone call a week and 1 letter a week (received and sent out). You can talk to the warden, if he/she is a nice person they'll talk to you. If not, you're kinda sol right now. I don't know how things work at the prison your hunny is in but good luck, keep your head up. I hope I helped a little

I am sure his mail privelidges havent been taken away from him. He would of had to do some kind of violation to loose them, even Level 3 they can write mail.

IM NOT SURE IF THEY CAN TAKE AWAY HIS WRITING PRIVLEDGES.MY HONEY IS IN ALABAMA BUT HE HAS NEVER MENTIONED ANYTHING LIKE THAT BEING TAKEN AWAY..I FEEL FOR YOU GIRL I NEAR ABOUT BREAK MY NECK RUNNING TO THE MAIL BOX EVERYDAY.I HATE SUNDAYS CAUSE THE MAIL DOESNT RUN.LOL..
