Can anyone give me a website to check or an email,to get better medical care in the Bullock Correctional Facility?
Theres a bad case of sores or boils that eats through the skin and produces more and more.The guys are on medication but not doing any good.The prison doctors don't know what it is or they DON'T care.Its possible STAPH INFECTION,very very painful.Could someone lead me to some help.some of these imates have had it for nearly a year.

Have you contacted Sherry Swiney (Patrick Crusade), Roberta Franklin (radio DJ) or Rosemary ?? (from Alabama CURE)? They have helped me tremendously with healthcare issues in Alabama.

Alabama's prison healthcare is provided by a for-profit company called NaphCare, Inc. They are for the pits to say the least. I've been waging a personal battle, to say the least, against them.

Also, the prisoners need to get their medical records to an outside physician. Requesting medical records seems to make them pay attention. I can email you the form that the prisoners fill out to get their records sent to a physician.

Alabama prisons are audited by a firm called Moore and Associates in Chicago. That, too, might be a resource, since their last audits were scathing to say the least. I have copies of the audits and would gladly mail you one if you'd like.

I can get you the email addresses of these people and TOGETHER we can hopefully get something done.

I am starting to wonder now because my Partner had a 'sore' a year ago that he claimed was a spider bite?? Maybe not?
