Level 2 or level 1? They are 2 separate levels. 0 points means that he has no bad points I believe. Meaning no tickets....Is he still at Brooks?

I am going to move this to the Michigan forum. I'm sure more people will be able to help you out there.

Robert is in level one with 0 points. I think, like Deb said, it means they don't have any points against them. (misconducts, tickets, etc)
I am not absolutely sure on this, but I did see Robert's re-classification form and on it-it said he had 0 points. I think it means the higher the points, the higher the level they are in?

I have NO clue. If no one else knows I'll ask the Dragon when he calls or when I go see him Friday.

He's calling tonight, but he already warned me its going to be one of "THOSE" calls so PTO won't be on my mind.........

One number is for Management level, the other number is for Confinement level. As my husband is Level 1-4; his management level is a Level 1; however because of some problems in the past that are still in his file his Confinment level is Level 4. Therefore he has to be in a Level 4 or above facility. 0 points means that he has not had any Major Misconduct tickets in a while. My husband also has 0 points.

to know what 17 months good time could do to a max. release date of 11/10/04???? I do know that it isnt 17 actual months (i think) but..........thanks again!!

I would think that if you subtract the 17 months from his max out date you get his earliest release date. But, his earliest release date should be on paperwork he's received. After or just before his earliest release date is when he can start seeing the parole board I believe.

He (barely) went before parole last november and they gave him 24 more months and at the offender search it has max. release date as 11 something 04 and then under the description of MRD it says that they cant keep you past that date soooo.......i guess, who knows..........hopefully.
Anything new with Granholm and stuff?
