Rick called tonight and the first thing he said was "I love you"! I couldn't believe it was him. we had a short conversation and decided we will try to put this all in the past. i believe we have both learned from this episode. He said he stopped calling not due to the letter i wrote but due to the many unexpected bills i was trying to pay off....so that i would use the $$ i was sending him on those bills and not send it to him. Which is exactly what i did.
i'm still not elated...gotta see if it works out. i guess, you could say i'm cautiously optimistic.

i want to thank you all for your support and advice. i hope and pray that your relationships will turn out the way God has planned in your own best interest. it's crazy how emotions can change so quickly...from total hopelessness to having hope once more! i will stick around here for a while to at least offer my support to all of you! rosi
