OMG ya'll I am so super excited right now!! My friend from work just asked me if I wanted to go to New Orleans with her this weekend, and we're going!!! I am SO hyper right now!! lol She won this trip back last year in a drawing at our job (we work for a hotel chain) and it was a free trip to New Orleans for two people. Well, she was planning on going with someone else for awhile, but that didn't work out and she wants me to go, and hey even if I wasn't the initial pick hey it's a FREE trip to New Orleans for 3 days!! EEEKKKK!! We are leaving this Friday at 10 AM and coming back Sunday in the afternoon! I have been to New Orleans several times, but not since I was little with my family, so I CANNOT wait! And now I am 21 so I can drink!! :p I will be super safe though! :thumbsup: Man, I haven't been there in so long!! Where are places I should go, or avoid, to people who have been there?? Like I said last time I was there I was probably like 10, lol, so I barely remember it. We're staying at this nice hotel right on the riverside, close to a huge mall and walking distance to the French Quarter! Man I don't know what to pack or anything, I am just so excited right now!! :p LOL
