Do they allow newspaper and magazine clippings at Florence? After my experience with Lewis, I know they don't have to follow ADC guidelines and can create different restrictions for each prison. My pal is in SMU-1.

Dale'sforever 04-02-2005, 01:15 PM Hi Chintah, I don't think they do. You could maybe call and ask but I know SMU is pretty strict, so I wouldn't try it. The only thing you could try is to make a copy of the clipping and then send it in that way. With the copy I don't think they would give you a hard time. Good luck. They get throught sometimes depending on who is in the mailroom.
