Ok OK here I am !!!!! :) Well we had a wonderful week-end !!! :) Hilde and her daughter Jessica just killed me or should I say my legs and feet, visiting Paris friday and saturday !!! Anyway, we had a wonderul time and a wonderful weather !!!!

Hilde brought me tons of Belgium chocolates, yum, and a clock, figuring a car plate of Florida, which is now in my kitchen, giving Florida time !!! It makes my life easier, I never succeeded in substracting 7 hours from my current time !!! :D

We had our get together all in english, since Hilde doesn't speak french, and I don't speak flamish !!! But we all now on PTO that friendship goes far beyond the borders !!! :)

Oh Phil!! Ces images me rappellent des diapositives(glissades) mes parents ont eu l'habitude de nous montrer comme des enfants. Je me les rappelle si de façon éclatante!! Particulièrement la Tour Eiffel. Je veux certainement venir et visite. Aimerait aller à la place de ma naissance, Chateauroux. Un jour!! Au moins j'ai un ami là maintenant que je peux rester avec (le droit ? ?)

Personne ne m'a demandé de parler le français tandis que j'étais au Texas, qui est une bonne chose parce que je n'avais pas mon traducteur de paume avec moi! LOLOL!!!

Renée, I will never forget when I had to spend a night in Houston, on my way between San Francisco and Miami. American Airlines was on strike, so I missed my connection in Houston and had to spend the night there. I called a hotel near the airport, they sent me a shuttle and gosh !!!! There was this huge cowboy with a colgate smile driving this shuttle, who just put my heavy suitcase in the shuttle as if it was nothing but a feather, and who told me with this deep voice and a strong Texas accent: "Here we go Sir" !!! I could have travelled from Houston to Washington DC with him !!! :D So you see Renée, I don't mind going to Tx !!! And nope, I won't tell you if something happened or not with the cowboy !! :p

While Jds and I were getting stuff for the conference in Houston we were driving to Office Depot and saw this man in a parking lot selling really nice cowboy hats. So I had to stop and have some fun trying them on (I liked the cheeta print one the best ;)) Well I asked the man if he would be there the next day....and is reply was:
"If the weather holds up and the creek don't rise" with a thick southern drall

WELL....it took almost and hour before I realized what the man had said to me. All of a sudden in the car, I started to laugh...picture a girl from NYC trying to absorb that, LOL

LOL Bella !!!!! :D Yes I remember this guy was having such a strong accent, that was hard for me to understand what he told me !!!

Here in France I have a friend from Toulouse, I don't understand half of what he says !!! :D

And of course, you and him will be MORE THAN WELCOME !!! :)
