Yes Arkansas does have a death row

Does Arkansas Forbid the Execution of the Mentally Retarded: Yes

Death Row Location:

Men: Tucker, AR

Women: Pine Bluff, AR

Method Of Execution:

Arkansas authorizes the use of lethal injection for those whose capital offense occurred after 7/4/83. Those who committed an offense before that date may choose between lethal injection or electrocution.

The age to receive the Death Penalty is no longer 16 jimbo's lady. The supreme court has ruled that anyone who commits a crime that is under 18 can no longer receive the DP.
