Is mule creek on lockdown? If in the address it says A-3-138 does that mean hes on A yard?

My man called two days ago and he's in A-4, and yes a is a yard. Sorry, I did not ask my man if he knew him. Gotta understand they are in a protective custody prison. my man does not like anyone to come up to them and ask you know so and so. You will just have to wait until your hear from him.
