Hi, can anyone offer me advice about how I can go about sending money from UK to my friend in Ohio ? ( I'm not on his list)

what prison is he in? my b/f told me since im not on his list to address the envolope and money order in his moms name so you might have to get address of someone on his list and send it that way hope this helps

In Ohio the only way you can send money to an inmate is if you are on his visiting list.
You can contact someone who is on his list and ask them if you can send money to him through them.

Just putting their name and address as the return address won't work, for one you are in the UK and another doing something like that without anyones permission can be trouble.

The only way you are going to be able to send money is contacting someone on his list or have him do it.

I wanted to help someone out one time in Ohio on Death Row and I am friends with his wife. So I mailed her a money order in his name and she sent it to him for me.

im in the uk too have you tried Jpay its quick and easy

i use the quick pay by western union, if you ring them on the free phone number and do it that way, they get the money within about 1 hour, hope that helps, i know i is
