I need a new Queen size mattress set, anyone know where I can find the best deal?

I think I can spend like $600...and I think it is possible. :p

If you have dial-a-mattress in your area I would check them out.

I bought my king size bed set at Mattress Warehouse...if you have one. It only cost me $349 plus tax. I did have to buy a frame for it--that was $89 extra because I got the best frame they had. Good Luck in the mattress search.

I bought a beautiful pillow top matteress at Sears home Furnishings. I checked and it was about half the price as in the store. What they do is have a show room, no warehouse, so it makes things cheaper in price. I went picked out what I wanted paid for it and then picked it up two days later after it was made for me.

We have a store no far from here not sure if you do, but here is their wesite

I have never been there, but I hear Sleep Country advertised all the time.

 $500-600 is about average for a good quality set, maybe a bit more for a pillowtop. If you want to maximize your $ ask about a mismatch, where the box spring is a different type or ticking. Some stores will and some wont, it can't hurt to ask.

I just bought a new queen set. It was one of those mismatch things and it was $499. Its a Restonic Somerset kind and it doesn't ever need flipped. I love it. I got it from Everton Mattress. I am not sure if you have one there but its worth checking out. Good luck!
