Hello,
I posted my introduction in the other forum, but I wanted to post it here to since we are all from Michigan. My name is Michelle and my hubby is serving a 5 1/2 to 15 and is just finishing up the 5 1/2 part. We see the parole board in April and tho he has scored in the " High probability" portion of the score grid, and with the over crowding issues facing this state, we are still nervous of course. Just wanted to touch on a couple of issues I have read. First, I like the idea of a Michigan news letter and will be willing to help out. I am on workers comp. and have been for 1 1/2 years. ( I work on an ambulance and someone hit us and ran. And due to this I have spinal problems) but anyway, I have some time I can devote to helping this out if needed. Also, I was a c/o when I met my husband for a prison in Michigan and will be willing to help answer some questions anyone had in regards to some of the stuff that happens. My hubby got transfered and I quit before things got real serious between us. Which was lucky for us! Anyway, just wanted to say hello, and I look forward to getting to know some of you.
