Am looking for an appeal case here in Arizona. It would be the case for State v Tarango. It was handled it 1996 in the Appeals Court. No matter where I am looking, I cannot find either the case itself or any specifics on it. Does anybody got any ideas or could help me find this case?

I don't think the Court of Appeals Website goes that far back. Have you tried calling the Court of Appeals yet?

Hi, my husband is trying to file for the Tarango because he read info on it and thinks he may be eligible. I have the info for the county attorney's office that tryed the case for you .The attorney that originally tried the case was Paul Prato, but he's not there anymore. The new attorney is Charles Krull and the address is 411 N Central ste. 670 Phoenix, Az 85004 and the phone number is 602-506-8220. You could try to call their office or write them and try to get more info. I called them and my husband wrote them and they responded back to us both. Hope this helps.

Thank you very much for the info. Is Krull a public lawyer or actually working for the state?

Hi, it's been awhile since I called but I think that Krull works for the state. I think he is the county attorney (public defender), but I may be incorrect. Prato (the one who originally tried the case) used to work for the state but now has his own practice. I called his office and he talked to me about the Tarango case, but said he wasn't able to take our case on right now. Like I said though, Krull was also really helpful when I called so if you call or have your husband write, I'm sure they will get back with you. Good luck! Lisa
