My husbands Petition for Review was denied by the State Supreme Court without even being looked at. Which was very upsetting. Now I found out by accident that we have until March 15th to file a MOTION TO STAY MANDATE to the Appeals Court to show that we want to file a WRIT FOR CERTIORARI.
Has anybody filed a MOTION TO STAY MANDATE before, or knows how this is written out? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
