HI GUYS,
JUST READ WHERE THE SUPREME COURT HAS VOTED THAT IT IS NOW UNCONST. TO USE THE DEATH PENALTY WHEN THE CRIME WAS COMMITTED BY A MINOR.
HOPE THIS IS GOOD NEWS FOR EVRYONE.

In an historic 5-4 decision issued this morning, the U.S. Supreme Court declared unconstitutional the execution of those who were under the age of 18 at the time of their crime. The decision in the case of Roper v. Simmons will be available on site, http://www.njdc.info (http://www.njdc.info), later today.
