zhane 02-26-2005, 10:30 PM Yeah Yeah, I am slow but me and my baby did end up getting married on Valentines Day! Amidst all the name changing and work I have been so very busy:rolleyes:
I have attached a picture from our Wedding day and one a few days later! As you can see he was able to wear what I brought for him and everything ended up being just as good as you could expect it to be for a prison wedding! It seemed like all the c/o's knew we were getting married and were congratulating us so that made it nice. What even more special is that the Chaplain where he is located had retired but just so happened that our wedding was the last one he had scheduled to come back and to do; believe me he went way above and beyond his schedule to ensure he was able to marry us this day....I am very happy woman!
One down side is that my husband's :D band didn't fit him:mad: and I had to get it re-sized and they give you the run around about getting the ring back to him other than everything has been going just fine!

If you go into the user CP then options and at the bottom where it says forum skin,change it to stock you can then see attachments

For anyone who cant view the pictures you can go into your user control panel and down at the bottom change the "skin" to stock version. You still wont see thumbnail pictures like you should, but it will give you links for the pictures

zhane 03-09-2005, 09:14 PM You know MDOC is a trip they did really give me a run around about returning my husband ring to him! But everything ended up working out and he had his ring back within the week, jewerly store put a two day rush, I overnighted and he got it back the following day. My husband was getting all upset about being without his wedding band, he was so emotional about being without it!

wvjavajunkie 03-18-2008, 05:01 AM beautiful!...just venting...it's like they tell you that you have to be married for him to come home, yet they make it practically impossible!!! i found out yesterday i have to have an i.d. for him, which led me to have my first conversation with his mother... hello i am marrying your son....the first time i went for to the ct. house they said i need a letter from the pros. attorneys office and the warden saying we are approved. i work on that and now it's a letter form the chaplain and a photo i.d. which is good because the warden won't write letters! we are try'n to get everything done for his b'day the 31st!!!(which is our wedding date!)
