He was able to call again tonight for 15 mins...:) :p :thumbsup:
Visits started back up today too! But he said they are still locked down and also can't work, will continue eating in their cells, etc., :blah: !! And of course he doesn't have any idea when it will be over...I hope it's over by March 24 cuz that's when I'm planning on going to visit!!!!

I taled to a friend of mine in there this morning.. and he told me that the CO's have pretty much finished the searching of cells... but that they confiscated alot of "contraband".. which also includes extra magazines, clothes, pictures...
They even took crutches away from a man who had broken his leg.. How nice is that.... ALot of the property was just thrown away.. they weren't even given the chance to send it back to their families.

He didn't tell me any of that. But he said he will probably get to call again Sunday..he called this morning too and was able to call his daughter too. I hope they didn't take the pics of his kids and me!!!! Luckily, I have all the pics scanned into my computer anyway so they can be replaced. They took a guy's crutches? Unbelievable...wouldn't that come under the category of "State Issue 'Contraband'?"...

They are going to slowly take them off lockdown...if they have a job, they will probably get to go back to work tomorrow...he said they transfered about 20 guys, mostly gang leaders, etc. to SuperMax.

Hope this means regular phone calls now!!!
