I am new to this forum.

My name is Robin and my husband Chris is an inmate in California prison. We have 5 kids.

I am a homemaker and prison activist.

Seems we have alot in common Robin-myhusband is in prison and will be home in about 2 years, we have 5 kids and I am a homemaker too....so Welcome to this group..I am sure you will find great support here!!

You are in Texas I see. I have a few friends with loved ones in Texas. I think you and Florida are about tied for the worse state for prison. Although Arizona is catching up fast.

It must suck to not have hardly any phone calls :( I sure do feel for you guys.

I am sending out another welcome from texas. I just moved from Cali a few months ago. I have 2 kids and I work full time. I am also a baseball coach and do as much as I can to keep busy. My son's dad is in prison in Cali up in Jamestown he is suppost to get out in Nov of this yr. He has servered 1 1/2. Sad only 24 and already almost served 2 yrs. Well any way welcome and we look forward to talking with you.

I think the prison system pretty well sucks anywhere you are stuck inside of it.
