Anyone have any positve experience with a mortgage company who works with people with less than perfect credit. I filed bankruptcy this past summer and was told one thing by a mortgage company and now they are telling me something different.

Well, I initially placed this in the Ga forum, BUT it was moved. So anyone who reads this should know what state I am in to help me.

I used Option One Mortgage Corporation. They are affiliated with H & R Block. My credit wasn't perfect but I had no problem with them. They have a website where you can apply online. I would suggest trying them out.

Multi Fund 614-895-4860. I don't know if they have an office in Georgia. I filed bankruptcy four years ago and brought my home 2 years ago.
