Here's an update....they actually wrote me to tell me it was updated...that's nice, huh? I have requested they keep on top of this and asked them to check to see if incidents in other prisons in MD are being covered up.

How crazy has the DOC become... This boy who was killed was 21 and only serving 4 years... and typically the Annex is reserved for men with long sentences or very violent crimes...
So why was he there when he was only serving 4 years????? Can someone please explain this to me!!!

He belonged to a violent prison gang(Bloods). He had committed some violent acts in other prison's so his security level was raised. His murder was gang related. The guy that killed him had been involved in multiple stabbings and was sent to the ANNEX for that reason.
