How long does it take to get approved for visitation at Dodge? My fiance was just sent there on the 3rd.

You'll most likely get denied until he's staffed at another facility or moved to a more permanent section of Dodge.
If he's new and in reception they only allow immediate family (parents, kids, siblings).
But if he hasn't been staffed yet it shouldn't take more than a couple months.
