this is such a load of bull. If that was anyone else they would go on trial and be found guilty and get like 50 to life or something. Just cuz he's a cop and not a very good one apprently, he gets off.. That is just sad. Just like all those cops in NY who beat up and hurt that jamican man. However they were not all so lucky to get away with it.

The usual from America's "finest" and "most honorable". I think they need a new motto. Any suggestions?

Drinking and driving is a really sore spot with me. However, I can't believe a lawyer would actually say what this guys lawyer said.
