I wonder if we shouldn't try to get this study, which was just released Jan 13th 2005, known about far and wide. Pass the word, tell your worker, drop it in the chaplain's email, email your elected representative, tell local justice advocacy groups, etc etc.

Main regret I have so far, they didn't ask the ex-offender groups out there, people with the experience to know how the system really works.
