I am not sure anyone can even attempt to answer this, however, I would enjoy hearing from any of you who are currently going through this or have already been through it once.

I am sure it depends on the state and also what the appeal is actually for, as I am sure some takes longer than others.

My husband is filing a State Appeal to have a detainer dropped in another state he has convictions in and time to serve.

I am just wondering how much time we might be looking at before we might even get a glimmer of an answer?

Does anyone have any ideas?
