Wade goes before the parole board one week from today! I have done everything a good little woman should, wrote the parole board, talked to the parole board, and had his two aunts write/talk to the parole board. He has been a good boy, he got transferred from Parchman, MS (state penn) to a county work facility last week, and has had no RVRs since he has been in, plus he was a trustee at the prison. SO, I have read the let-down stories of men going up for parole, being good boys, and then getting turned down, and that makes me very anxious. Wade seems extremely confident that he will get out on parole, and I was too till I started reading stories on here. Some advice on what I can do this last week to possibly help him get approved would be appreciated. Needing a little support, but I prefer to hear the straight talk, too.

:D Thank you ladies...your support is always very appreciated. I FINALLY got to talk to Wade today! I am still screaming and hopping around. When they transferred him he had to update his phone list and my number wasn't on his old list. SO, I got to hear his voice for the second time in three years. :thumbsup:
So, I got some much needed info from him (snail mail drives my batty).
Good news is that even if he doesn't make parole his ERD, based on him working and taking classes the whole time he has been down will be like March 31st. OMG, I freaked when he told me. THe last time I heard from the chaplain, his ERD was gonna be July 31st. I am so relieved and happy. His parole release date is March 18th and his ERD is March 31st, I will take either!
Guess I should start a countdown, but I am nervous to do it. I am gonna wait till after his parole hearing and then start one, so I know which date to put it to.
Thanks again ladies, it is good to know that there is always an ear out there to listen to my nervous ranting...
