I've received an email informing me that prisoners in this prison are only allowed to own 100 stamps and 100 envelops.

100 and 100 for what period of time. Yearly? Monthly? Or just on them at one time?

at one time. they can not receive more then 20 stamps through mail. qwhen they find somebody with more stamps, he'll get a write up and all his stamps will be confisticated. they can only receive 100 envelops with quartaly packages

i send my husband 20 stamps per package but he keeps the rest and save it to write to me, will that count when he receives another set of 20 stamps by mail? does that mean he needs to finish all 20 first before i can send him some more?
