A friend of mine took my orriginal wedding pics and added some not so prison background to them. They turned out beautiful and wanted to share. It just means its one more thing we CAN have that every other married couple gets

I actually took one of ours where we were standing, and put us in front of a picture of a church I had taken for a digital photo class...( architecture assignment) and it turned out beautiful.....and good enough to send to relatives that they could display it without having to answer questions about the background. Another thing that helped was that the prison permitted my husband to wear street clothes even down to dress shoes for our wedding, which made the picture look even more authentic.

Besides being grateful we were approved to get married in the first place, I was so grateful we were granted permission for him to wear dress clothes on our wedding day. It made me actually forget where we were, despite the CO sitting there watching the whole ceremony. :-)
