Hi, my husband and I visited our son there about five years ago. First we signed in at a trailer, then I remember waiting in a parking lot under a canopy at some tables. Then we were taken across the street through a sort of small fenced in area, then to a room and into the prison visiting room which was a huge room with tables and vending machines. There was also an area outside with tables and I think some swings for the kids. That was about it. Good luck.

My husband has been there for 10 months now, the visiting is kinda weird. You have to get there early if you want to be sure to get a pass, like 3 or 4 in the morning. The street leading up to the prison you will see cars parked there in a line, some people get there the night before, or real early like 1 or 2 in the morning. At 7:30 an officer will come out and get the line to move down to the prison, and hand out passes. Then at 8:30 they begin processing you, you stand in line according to the number on your pass. From there they will direct you into the prison thru the visiting center and into the visiting room. When you get into the visiting room, put you pass in the box at the guard station, or they will not go get the inmate you are there to see.I found that out the hard way :blah: Anyway, I hope I have helped, please feel free to pm me if you have ANY questions :o
