Should states be allowed to execute someone if homocide is illegal?

No.... The Death Penalty should be abolished in all States.
Our Justice System is at it's lowest point right now. Nothing that happens in the Court System is neither fair or correct. It is a system that allows dishonesy in all aspects of the System.... Trial Lawyers are alcoholic, they defend clients while drunk..... D.A.'s are only looking for career boasts not what is fair and right. Judges are depending on what DA's and Trial Attorneys are telling them.... The sentences are handed down without logic......

We must get the system into perspective.... We have no right to kill anyone..... Nor does the person who has committed murder have that right.......

We must first insure our society is doing it's job by seeing we have jobs to make a living.....Teaching each other what is the moral thing to do in life..... Maybe even getting back to the old fashioned way of bringing up Children, " with a spanking when necessary for punishment"

We the people, are the only ones who can change that by voicing our opinions loudly....

It's only illegal if you are on the opposite side of the Justice System. You don't have the power if you are on the wrong side. The power comes from Governors, DA's and State Representatives.

If you are not one of those, you have no power and Killing someone by execution is Legal because it is the LAW>>>>
